With the National College Entrance Examination drawing near, I am reluctant to leave my school.
I have stayed in OYY for almost six years. In the past I did not love my school at all. Because there are so many bad things. I complained that my school didn't have more holidays. I complained that school's canteen food is too bad. I even complained about why my school is not the most famous one….
I am not the only one who had such thoughts. But at the last few days I realized many things.
In fact, as a student, the most important thing is to study, so there are only few holidays. We are not the rich person, so we should be accustomed to our school's food. I also am not a top student, so I have no rights to blame my school's disadvantages.
On the contrary, our school is so beautiful. There are many kind foreign teachers in our school. With the time passed, I fall in love with my school gradually. I am glad to have obtained a lot here. Not only knowledge but how to be a good person. What's more, I have made many friends. Thanks to their help, I have the encouragement to face setbacks.
There are two parts of sad times in my school life. The latest one is during Senior 2.
At that time, I feared the coming of nights, because I attached to insomnia. While all my roommates were sleeping deeply, I was fighting with the darkness alone. Once the nights came, I can't hold back my tears. I often felt tired and hopeless. I even wanted to be a truant. Fortunately, there are many friends around me. They listened to my endless complaints with patience. Thanks to them, I can release myself from that hardest time.
Thinking back to my middle school life, I got much experience. I want to give some advice to junior ones.
Firstly, you should accustom yourself to the situation you are in when you can't change it. Secondly, learn to value the relationships between you and your classmates. Thirdly, try your best to concentrate your attention on studying. Only by doing this can you have a difference life. Finally, I want to tell you: Please love our school. Even though it's not the best one.
There are many memories which are important to me. No matter happy or sad things, all helped me grow up. Without those rare experiences, I wouldn't be so strong-minded now.
My school gives me so much. The love will be fresh in my mind forever. OYY middle school. Whatever you are, I want to say: You are the No. 1 in my mind.

As the saying goes that “No pains, No gains.” I appreciated it very much, because it proved in our school.
In the past year, our school welcomed Mr. Huang’s two daughters. Mr. Huang is the most important person for our school. We can say without him, we wouldn’t have our school today and we also can’t get together in the big family. Living a happy life, enjoying the education. So we should be thankful to Mr. Huang and respect his daughters.
Mr. Huang’s daughters are very kind and patient. I heard a story about the two mothers in our school. When some student walked in the avenue, the daughters ask the student many questions: How do you find your school? Do you like your school? How do you find your school’s food? And so on. Students answer all questions and complained a lot to the daughters. In that time, nobody thought who they were, where they were from. Some students thought maybe they are students’ mothers. In my opinion, they weren’t strangers. The same skins, the same language, who thought the problem, now the story has become a good “talk topic.”
In order to make students take an active part in the English Corner, the foreign teachers thought of many measures to develop this situation. The English Corner was wonderful in this time. IT became my memory in my heart. Jon carry out his favorite guitar playing moving music, students around him and singing with him, the smiling faces so sweet.
Natalie, was talking movies with the senior students. I also remember the student describes a movie, in which the girl is very beautiful and kind and helpful, her name is BeLa. The boy whose name was Aidei Hua comes from a big family that drinks people’s blood, but the boy was very kind and didn’t drink people’s blood. He can know what people think but he doesn’t know what BeLa thinks. Because the girl was also kind and didn’t desire to acquire many things that she didn’t own. Natalie likes the boy very much. So do I, and it addicate deeply.
Ingrid was talking about some questions with the junior students: how to study grammar well, how to write compositions, talking about what habits they like and dislike.
One of the Huang daughters was talking with some students about the economy. They are talking about the difference between America and China, and different cultures, in America and China. That made some students very excited, also me.
The other daughter brings many pictures of American buildings, food, movies – it’s very vivid, I think. She also describes the difference in China and America, why America is so popular.
From this activity, we can learn a lot from the foreign teachers and the daughters. It made me understand an idea is that, it doesn't matter where you live, your heart belongs to your country.. That is love’s power, it encourages all the people.
All the things happening and I must go to the classroom for study. When I walk in the stairs, I look back at the English Corner full of students. The English Corner looks like beautiful flowers, some students running there and here, they are seen, found the different happiness in different places.
Yeah, all the things are very interesting, if you make your heart understand. Watch carefully and you can find all the beauty from all the things.
I still remember when I first came to OYY. I felt it was a beautiful park. Since then I had a dream that is to be a student here.
Now, I am a senior three student. And I have lived my formal dream. But there is a few days away from GaoKao (高考). Looking back on my student's life – six years in OYY, there are endless happy memories remaining in my heart.
The beautiful environment helps me a lot. Every time when I walk under the little avenue, I feel the energy of green and life. The wind brushes softly. Close my eyes, it seems that I can be trapped in my own world, a silent but enjoyable world.
And the sky in the school looks more beautiful and wild, giving me plenty of elegant thoughts. I believe my dream arises from that. It's the spring of my inspiration.
The most unforgettable thing is the class 116, which accompanies me for three years, in my heart even life long. Everyday I will meet fifty five different but warm smiles. And everyday I will get along with six brilliant but kind teachers. All these precious memories put together the most beautiful scenes. Forever in my heart.
Thanks for OYY, thanks for class 116, so I can reach to today's stage. But I will still try my best. I will set sail with my dream to the far-away to set my sky.

China is the biggest developing country in the world. As a Chinese, I loved my homeland deeply. But as a student, I don't think the way of education is very well.
First, for senior students part. There are so many subjects to learn. Commonly, we have nine main subjects. We have to learn Chinese, math, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, philosophy, and some electives. It's so difficult to learn all these subjects well. On the other hand, with the intention of achieving high grades, some students study day and night. They never make themselves free and never have a rest. Too big pressure makes them crazy.
Second, the rules of gaokao are the natural problem. The reason why students are desperate to study is just for gaokao. In many people's view, gaokao is the only way to succeed in China. So many parents who want their sons or daughters to succeed force their children to stay at school and let their children study all weekend. It caused many problems such as children fight with parents, complain to parents, and so on. All of these are negative. Children also need to be relaxed!
A lot of disadvantages exist in Chinese education. It is necessary to change and improve the educational styles. I'm sure that the day will come soon.

Let me introduce my school – Ou Yang Yu Middle School. It lies in Heng Dong, I think. It's my honor to study here. Not only for the beautiful views of the school, but also for the methods of teaching and the chance to communicate with foreign teachers.
There are many trees and green grass. They make the air fresher and cleaner. We can walk around them and make ourselves relax after studying all day. The environment can influence our moods. The foreign teachers hold an English Corner on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is the reason why OYY is unique. The English Corner is for everyone.
